A BIT ABOUT ME

My name is Sierra Kirsche and I am the creator and artist behind Sierra K. Ceramics

Growing up in Athens, Georgia, I was heavily influenced by its artistic culture. I discovered my passion for ceramics in 2015, after attending a class at Good Dirt Studios, and have been hooked ever since. In 2020, I received my BA in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Ceramics and Sculpture from Georgia College & State University. Upon graduating, I moved back to my home town and began working on building my own ceramic works; thus, Sierra K. Ceramics was born!

I am fascinated by the human experience. I find the way humans interact with their surroundings to be my biggest source of inspiration. I want the design, function, and purpose of my work to enhance human relationships and our connections with the natural world.
